Recipe: Tropical Camu-Camu Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients :

  • 1 teaspoon of camu-camu powder
  • 1 banana (for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or agave syrup (optional)

Toppings:

  • Kiwi slices, pineapple chunks, strawberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Grated coconut
  • Crunchy granola

Instructions :

  1. Blend the camu-camu powder, banana, pineapple and coconut milk until you get a smooth texture.
