Recipe: Red Beetroot Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon of red beetroot powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of strawberries (or other berries)
- 1/2 cup of plant-based milk (coconut, oat or almond)
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
Toppings:
- Crunchy granola
- Banana slices, strawberries, blueberries
- Chia seeds
- Grated coconut or cocoa nibs
Instructions :
- Blend the beetroot powder with the banana, strawberries, plant-based milk and maple syrup until you get a smooth texture.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Add your choice of toppings for an explosion of flavors and textures.
