Recipe: "Good Morning" Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon of Good Morning mix (raspberry powder, watermelon, dragon fruit, blueberry, banana, ashwagandha, ginkgo, maca)
  • 1 banana (for texture and sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries (or other fresh or frozen red fruit)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)

Toppings:

  • Banana slices, fresh berries
  • Crunchy granola
  • Chia seeds
  • Grated coconut

Instructions :

  1. Blend the Bon Matin mix, banana, strawberries and almond milk until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
