Recipe: Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon of Tropical mix (mango powder, papaya, passion fruit, pineapple, turmeric)
  • 1 banana (for texture and sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

Toppings:

  • Mango slices, pineapple pieces
  • Granola
  • Chia seeds
  • Grated coconut

Instructions :

  1. In a blender, blend the Tropical mix with the banana, pineapple and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Add the toppings for an exotic, colorful and crunchy bowl.
  4. Enjoy immediately for a moment of freshness and tropical energy!
