Recipe: Moringa Detox Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 teaspoon of moringa powder
  • 1/2 banana (for texture and sweetness)
  • 1/2 green apple (cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup of coconut water (or almond milk for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice

Instructions :

  1. In a blender, mix the moringa powder, banana, green apple, coconut water and lime juice until you get a smooth and homogeneous texture.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with a few chia seeds or a slice of lime.
